One Body One Life

I started the One Body One Life Podcast as a way to connect people with a health podcast that speaks to them, not for them. When you tune in, my intention is to help you form a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, so you can make positive decisions for your body based on what has worked in the lives of others.

Unlike some health podcasts, we don’t just cover the basics, such as meditation or clean eating, either. I believe that health comes from every aspect of your life, from the people you surround yourself with to what you do in your free time. That’s why I’ve spoken to a range of guests on my podcast.
